This serum is incredible. It is the only serum I have tried that truly hydrates my very dry, sensitive skin. I love that it has no added fragrance and is just pure power-packed ingredients. I have significant photoaging and melasma, and it really helps make my skin appear younger and less sun damaged. Plain hyaluronic acids and the other luxury serums on the market don't hold a candle to this one. A must have for supple hydrated skin.

I have to take a lot of hormones for a medical condition so I get frequent adult acne, especially cystic acne. I'm happy to say Maei MD works for me! The serum is very easy to use and a little goes a long way. I've been using it for over 6 months now and it's very easy to incorporate into my current routine. It doesn't inflame or irritate my skin at all and actually feels quite soothing after application. I started to notice the improvement on my skin quickly and if I skipped usage the impact was almost immediate. I’ve been using it for about 6 months and I’m a believer. I’ve always been skeptical of skin care routines actually improving how one looks. But I heard the dermatologist who created this product on Doctor Radio and I decided that she sounded incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she had created. I’m an MD (gen surgery) myself and know when other doctors are on the ball or not. She seemed to be VERY on the ball so I ante’d up my $150 and gave it a try. As a 51 year old woman, I could use a little help. I’m now on my 3rd bottle and signed up for the subscription every other month. I imagine I’ll use it forever. I use it in the am before sunscreen and in the pm before .1% retin A . That dose used to make my skin peel a bit so I couldn’t use it nightly but now I can. People actually comment on how good my skin looks. I give the credit to serum 6. Part of it is the daily retinol use but I couldn’t do that without the Serum. Thanks!!
Serum 6 is my very favorite skin care product and the only one I need morning and night (besides sunscreen). It is gentle, yet effective. The serum is moisturizing and allows makeup to go on over it flawlessly. It is simply the best!!
I am 66 and not sure how long it takes to notice an improvement. So far I can see no change in my skin, but this may work very well for younger skin. Hoping it just takes awhile & giving a second bottle a try.
I’ve been so happy with Serum 6. My skin is more clear and soft since using it. I don’t need to use any separate moisturizer. It goes on completely clear and leaves no residue, and doesn’t interfere with my makeup. It really couldn’t be easier!
